Bryson Champions CLIMBS in TED Talk

On March 25th, Dr. Sebastian Bryson championed the work of CLIMBS at TEDxUKY. Bryson told a gripping story–how floods and landslides have rocked our commonwealth–but also how spatial analysis, remote sensing, and artificial intelligence can help our Kentucky communities better predict and respond to them.
Speaking as part of TEDxUky’s Mosaic Minds, Bryson detailed how landslides—often invisible until it’s too late—cost the U.S. up to $4 billion annually and are devastating Kentucky communities.
